Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with 10µg/ml Mouse anti Human CD4 Recombinant Antibody(Catalog FAB167Hu02, red histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog IS067-Mu03, green histogram)followed by 1µg/ml APC-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody(Catalog SAA544Mu15) .

Usage

For flow cytometry, the suggested use of this reagent is 1-5 µl per 10^6 cells in 100 µl volume.
Optimal working dilutions could be determined by end user.
