Cleavage And Polyadenylation Specific Factor 7 (CPSF7)

CFIm59; Cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor 59 kDa subunit; Pre-mRNA cleavage factor Im 59 kDa subunit

Cleavage And Polyadenylation Specific Factor 7 (CPSF7)
CPSF7 probable component of the cleavage factor Im complex (CFIm) that plays a key role in pre-mRNA 3' processing. Binds to cleavage and polyadenylation RNA substrates. Probable component of the cleavage factor Im (CFIm) complex, composed at least of NUDT21/CPSF5 and CPSF6 or CPSF7. Two alternatively-spliced isoforms have been described.
CPSF7, Belongs to the RRM CPSF6/7 family.Contains 1 RRM (RNA recognition motif) domain. Transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter; nuclear mRNA splicing, via spliceosome; RNA splicing; gene expression; mRNA 3'-end processing; mRNA processing; termination of RNA polymerase II transcription; transcription
