Modeling Method

Choose experimental dogs, according to the dose of 30 ~ 50 mg/kg body weight by intramuscular injection of ketamine hydrochloride anesthesia, animals after general anesthesia, to fix its lie on your back neck midline incision, skin incision, along the strip muscle midline anterior portion, expose thyroid cartilage, cricoid cartilage and trachea, found in tracheoesophageal groove on one side of the laryngeal recurrent nerve, confirmed by electrical stimulation of the laryngeal recurrent nerve after cut off 1 cm, ligation, on both ends on laryngeal nerve ligation on both ends, the unilateral laryngeal paralysis animal model. For animal models of bilateral laryngeal paralysis, the same method can be used to cut off the other side of the laryngeal recurrent nerve.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
