Modeling Method

1. Guinea pigs were immunized with fresh bovine spinal cord anterior horn homogenate, and 10 parts were injected subcutaneously at the back of the guinea pigs, each time for 4 weeks, for a total of 5 times.
2. The changes of light microscope and ultrastructure of spinal cord: anterior root and sciatic nerve were observed. Results the weight of guinea pigs decreased significantly after fourth immunization. Degeneration and loss of motor neurons in the anterior horn of the spinal cord.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
