Modeling Method

Firstly,use rabbit's fresh muscle homogenate of skeletal muscle for preparation: after chopped muscle the put rhe pH 7.2 phosphate buffer, ice water bath with the knife type homogenate machine to 1700 r/min homogenate 3 times, 5 s each time, 30 s interval. Then with 4 layer gauze filter and filtrate with mill type homogenate machine at 3000 r/min homogenate 3 times, 5 s each time, 30 s interval, add detergent Triton X - 10, the ratio is 100:1, after mixing 2500g, l0min, centrifugal at 4 degrees, namely muscle homogenate supernatant fluid repackaging in - 20 degrees freezer for later use. Before the trial muscle homogenate mixed with complete freund's adjuvant 2:1, back subcutaneous injection on guinea pig items once a week (0.2 ml muscle homogenate plus 0.1 ml complete freund's adjuvant), the total experiment time is 8 weeks.

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
