Modeling Method

Fixed the rabbit with curved cut closely to the skin rough back on both sides of the experiment site coat, with 10% sodium sulphide daub waxing further,then use warm water to wash thoroughly.Put the silver circle (39 mm in diameter) into - 196 degrees liquid nitrogen, take out after fully cooling,put it close to both sides of the back of the rabbit experimental site, cause local frostbite.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
