Modeling Method

"Healthy rabbits of both sexes, with improved lumbar puncture needle puncture the rabbit ear artery, scratching injury about 2cm long segmental artery intimal injury, the proximal part of ligation. After 24 h resection artery thrombosis formation, recanalizations under the microscope, cut into several 0.5mmX0.5 mm fragments, 3 fragments were injected into internal carotid artery (ICA)."
