Modeling Method

1. Underwent left forelimb dorsal feet of intradermal injection of 10% methylene 0.1ml monitoring, circular resection of axillary region 3cm wide skin and subcutaneous tissue of the muscle, followed by dissection of lymph nodes, chest before the subscapular lymph nodes and axillary lymph nodes, surgical microscope separation, resection of deep lymph vessels, and brachial nerve accompanying the tube width is about 4cm.
2. 2000cGry gamma ray irradiation was used in the radiotherapy, and the irradiation area in the left axillary area was 6 * 4cm, and the dose of Co60 was given once.

Model evaluation

The circumference measurement method, observation method, SPECT volume measurement, dynamic imaging and MRI examination, laparotomy, pathology and other indicators.

Pathological results

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
