Modeling Method

"Weight is 250 ~ 400 g, 10 months male Wistar rats. According to the dosage of 30 mg/kg body by intraperitoneal injection of sodium pentobarbital anesthesia, rats fixed operating table on your back, neck routine disinfection of skin and hair. Sterile surgical exposure, carotid artery, vein intubation respectively. At 30 min after the treatment, the model of rat carotid artery taking blood for relevant indicators of blood coagulation function of tests, and plasma protamine vice coagulation experiment (3 r), the main observation indexes: the model rats of microcirculation integral value, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, relative viscosity, platelet adhesion and aggregation rate, platelet count, plasma prothrombin time, fiber original level, split cells. 30 min after injection of anesthetic executed rats, respectively take its lung, kidney, heart and other groups after 10% formaldehyde solution fixed, make regular tissue biopsies, dyeing, trypan-blue and morphological observation."

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
