Modeling Method

After intraperitoneal anesthesia in rats,take the median abdominal incision about 0.8-1cm.Exposure of the uterus after laparotomy, and to oviduct ovary slow injection of 0.04ml 25% Hydroxybenzene mucilage (liquefied phenol 5 mL, tragacanthae glue 0.5 g, glycerol 4 mL, distilled water 20 mL ),after the operation is completed, closed the stratification.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
