Modeling Method

Choose the right or left side of the lower abdomen of rats injected with 10%KCL saline, the first choice in accordance with the dose of 0.4ml/100g injection, observe the ECG waveform, if the injection of potassium chloride after 15mins ECG waveform does not change and re infusion of potassium chloride 0.1ml, until the emergence of high potassium blood disease obvious abnormal ECG.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
