Modeling Method

"male SD rats body weight is about 150 g.Breeding conditionsare: raised in the stainless steel cage.fed with low iron, iron, high-speed feed respectively, drink deionized water, give light 12h/2h per day. After the feeding of 35 days, test the iron content in rat blood hemoglobin and serum. Before and after the model construction, test the body weight incresing in each group at the scheduled time."

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
