Modeling Method

1. On aseptic conditions, 0.2 ml ethanol was injected into the bilateral ovaries of rats. The changes of serum estradiol and progesterone were observed every week, and the pathological changes of ovary were observed for 4 weeks.
2. Collect the blood for the orbit of the rats at 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th week. After the blood coagulation, the serum was collected by centrifugation, and stored at the -20 degree. ELISA method was used to determine the concentration of E2 and P in serum. The animals were sacrificed and the ovaries were removed and fixed in 10% formalin for routine histopathological examination.
