Modeling Method

Cut the guinea pig’s skeletal muscle, homogenated with the knife type homogenate machine to prepare myosin.Subcutaneous injection of complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) on both sides of the soles of the feet and back, tail in the adult guinea pigs. Immunization injection at the dosage of 1ml/kg for 1 time every week and last 4 weeks. By intraperitoneal injection of bordetella pertussis bulk at the same time, their only 0.5 ml, bacteria number is 4.0 x10E10.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
