Modeling Method
The rats were fed with 6% alcohol solution 28d, after withdrawal of alcohol observed the withdrawal syndrome .
Model evaluation
Alcohol withdrawal after 24h, the rats were sacrificed, the brain, the content changes of cerebral cortex in p-CREB and BDNF were detected by QPCR method, the results show that the alcohol withdrawal 24h in the cerebral cortex p-CREB, BDNF decreased significantly.

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
