Luciferase EC9706 Esophageal Carcinoma Cells (EC9706-Luc)

EC9706-GFP-Luc

Luciferase EC9706 Esophageal Carcinoma Cells (EC9706-Luc)

EC9706-Luc cell line is another specific cell line that has been genetically modified to express luciferase, similar to the B16-Luc cell line. However, the EC9706-Luc cells are derived from a human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cell line called EC9706. By introducing the luciferase reporter gene into the EC9706 cells, researchers are able to monitor tumor growth, metastasis, and response to treatments using bioluminescence imaging techniques.

The use of EC9706-Luc cells in research has provided valuable insights into esophageal squamous cell carcinoma biology, tumor progression, metastasis, and therapeutic responses. Monitoring the bioluminescent signal emitted by the EC9706-Luc cells allows for real-time visualization of tumor growth and metastatic spread in preclinical models, facilitating longitudinal studies and precise evaluation of treatment outcomes.
