NCI-H2030 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Cells ( NCI-H2030 )

NCI-H2030 [H2030] is a cell line exhibiting epithelial morphology that was isolated in 1988 from the lungs of a non-smoking male with non-small cell lung cancer. NCI-H2030 is Epithelial-like morphology. It exhibits adherent growth, meaning the cells attach to the surface of the culture vessel during growth. It is widely used in research related to non-small cell lung cancer, such as studying the mechanisms of cancer cell growth, proliferation, invasion, and metastasis, as well as for testing the efficacy of new anti-cancer drugs and therapies.
