TRIS buffer is widely used in biological experiments, such as Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs), etc.

[STORAGE AND PERIOD OF VALIDITY]

Store at a cool place. The Period of validity is 1 year .

[PACKING SPECIFICATION ]

Powder in bags, 12 bags in one box.

[RECONSTITUTION]

Dissolve one bag of buffer in 1L of distilled water, mix and store the buffer solution at 4℃. Sterilization can be performed by filtration. Filter the buffer solution through a 0.22 μm filter into a sterile flask or autoclave the solution for 15 to 20 minutes. 

[IMPORTANT NOTES]

Please avoid microbial contamination while using the buffer.

Precipitates may appear at low temperatures. If it happens, put the bottle in water bath at 37℃.
