Mouse spleen cells were stimulated by 5µg/ml PHA overnight,then stained with 5µg/ml rabbit Anti-rat CLEC2C Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog FAB207Ra01, red histogram) or Isotype control antibody (Catalog IS067-Rb01, green histogram), followed by 1µg/ml FITC-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog SAA544Rb18).

Usage

For flow cytometry, the suggested use of this reagent is 1-5 μl per 10^6 cells in 100 μl volume.
Optimal working dilutions could be determined by end user.

Storage
