Rat Splenocytes cells were stained with 20µg/ml rabbit Anti-rat PTPRC Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB030Ra01, red histogram) or Isotype control antibody (Catalog # IS067-Rb01, green histogram), followed by 1µg/ml FITC-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # SAA544Rb18).

Usage

For flow cytometry, the suggested use of this reagent is 1-5 μl per 10^6 cells in 100 μl volume.
