, New findings in ovarian cancer
Ovarian cancer(OC)is one of the most common gynaecological malignancies. Approximately 90% of primary malignant ovarian tumors are epithelial (carcinomas). The classification of ovarian epithelial tumors currently used by pathologists is based entirely on tumor cell morphology. The four major types of epithelial tumors: serous, endometrioid, clear cell, and mucinous. Often known as the silent killer, OC is frequently not diagnosed until it is at an advanced stage because of its generally vague symptoms, making it hard to treat on a curative basis. Whilst the survival of patients with advanced OC has increased over the last two decades through better surgery and morechemotherapy options......

, Carnobacterium maltaromaticum boosts intestinal vitamin D production to suppress colorectal cancer in female mice
On July 20, 2023,Jun Yu, State Key Laboratory of Digestive Disease, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, China, and his team published a paper titled “Carnobacterium maltaromaticumboosts intestinal vitamin D production to suppress colorectal cancer in female mice” in Cancer Cell. They showed that Carnobacterium maltaromaticumcolonizes the gut in an estrogen-dependent manner and acts along with other microbes to augment the intestinal vitamin D production to activate the host vitamin D receptor for suppressing colorectal cancer. The kit [ELISA Kit for 7-Dehydrocholesterol (7-DHC), CED057Ge] of Cloud-Clone brand waschosed in this article, we are so proud for supporting the reaserchers.Car......

, Research progress of irritable bowel syndrome
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common medical condition characterized by chronic, recurrent, abdominal pain and discomfort, and altered bowel habits that occur in the absence of other organic gastrointestinal (GI) disease. IBS generates a significant health care burden and can severely impair quality of life.Altered gastrointestinal motility, visceral hypersensitivity, post infectious reactivity, brain-gut interactions, alteration in fecal micro flora, bacterial overgrowth, food sensitivity, carbohydrate malabsorption, and intestinal inflammation all have been implicated in the pathogenesis of IBS. A better understanding of the pathogenesis of IBS may help to develop new treatment......

, Pulmonary endothelium-targeted nanoassembly of indomethacin and superoxide dismutase relieves lung inflammation
On May 26, 2023,Wei He, Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine, China, and his team published a paper titled “Pulmonary endothelium-targeted nanoassembly of indomethacin and superoxide dismutase relieves lung inflammation” in Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B. They developed the codelivery system based on rod-like pure crystals, which could well target the pulmonary endothelium and effectively alleviate lung inflammation. The kits[CLIA Kit for Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNFa), SCA133Mu; ELISA Kit for Interleukin 6 (IL6), SEA079Mu] of Cloud-Clone brand werechosed in this article, we are so proud for supporting the reaserchers.Lung inflammation is an essential in......

, New findings in the repair of heart injury
Through normal wear and tear, our tissues experience regular cell loss that is countered by replenishment mechanisms.Cardiomyocytes, the contractile cells of the heart, display an estimated turnover rate of 0.3 to 1% per year. Due to this low turnover rate, each of us will die with many or most of the cardiomyocytes we had at birth. In addition to longevity, cardiomyocytes possess brute strength and resilience. Their kryptonite is coronary artery occlusion and tissue ischemia, which can locally devastate the cardiomyocyte population and cause myocardial infarction (MI) with resultant scarring, along with nonischemic causes of muscle loss. Unfortunately, a scarred heart is much more lik......

, Identification of Cytochrome P450 2E1 as a Novel Target in Glioma and Development of Its Inhibitor as an Anti-Tumor Agent
On June 7, 2023,Hailing Qiao, Institute of Clinical Pharmacology, Zhengzhou University, China, and his team published a paper titled “Identification of Cytochrome P450 2E1 as a Novel Target in Glioma and Development of Its Inhibitor as an Anti-Tumor Agent” in Advanced Science. They discovered a previously unknown pro-tumorous mechanism in which the CYP2E1-PPARγ-STAT- 1/NF-κB/STAT-3/STAT-6 axis induced glioblastoma (GBM) cell proliferation and inhibited apoptosis to fuel tumorigenesis and tumor growth. The protein [Recombinant Cytochrome P450 2E1 (CYP2E1), RPA988Ra01] of Cloud-Clone brand waschosed in this article, we are so proud for supporting the reaserchers.Glioblastoma (GBM) is a de......
