Modeling Method

1. The gamma ray irradiation (Co60γ) with single dose of 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 Gy was used to simulate the functional damage of the mild, moderate and severe hematopoietic microenvironment.
2. After irradiation, the general situation of the nude mice, the changes of hemogram, megakaryocyte count and the formation of the colony forming unit (colony forming unit-fibroblast, CFU-F) of bone marrow stromal cells were observed. The mortality of nude mice after irradiation in 21d was recorded and the survival rate was calculated.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
