Modeling Method

10% sodium sulfide aqueous solution to remove the back of the mouse hair, naked skin area of 1.5cmx1.5cm. Daily intramuscular injection of 0.4% progesterone (5ml/Kg body weight);
at the same time with a wavelength of 320nm in the ultraviolet (UVB) irradiation for a period of 6~8 weeks.

Model evaluation

1. The pathological morphology of skin melanocytes
2. MDA and SOD activity assay
3. Detection of behavior experiment:Open field test and Tail flick test

Pathological results

Cytokines level

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
