Modeling Method

After one week of adaptive feeding, McF-7 cells were injected via tail vein, 1x 106 cells per mouse.
After 1 week of cell injection, each drug group was given corresponding medicine and fed for about 6 weeks.

Model evaluation

Observation of pulmonary nodules
Lung tissues were collected and fixed by Bouin. General pictures were taken of the lung tissues to record the nodules on the lung tissues.

Pathological results

Lung tumors were observed by HE staining
The lung tissue was taken, fixed, embedded in paraffin, sectionalized, and stained with HE to observe the pathological changes of tumor tissue.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
