Modeling Method

1. 3% pentobarbital sodium solution (80mg/kg) intraperitoneal injection of mice;
2. The left kidney was exposed to the left side of the abdominal incision, and the upper and lower poles of the left kidney (about 1/3 of the renal volume) were ligated respectively. Cut down the upper and lower pole at the same time, gelatin sponge compression hemostasis 2 mins, and layer by layer suture of peritoneum and skin;
3. 1 weeks later, the same method was applied to exposed the right kidney, the right kidney was removed after ligation of the right renal artery and ureter.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
