Modeling Method

Porket,3 to 4 days old, male and female, weight 1 ~ 1.5Kg. With 1% lidocaine after local anesthesia and ligation of the left carotid artery, and then placed in 8% oxygen and 92% nitrogen mixed gas confined Plastic box, during 1h, resulting in newborn pig ischemia and hypoxic brain damage.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
