Modeling Method

1. Opening 2cm * 2cm in each rabbit left ear side ear tube, coal tar coating once per day, 0.25mL each time for 14d. Rabbit, with the same methods, with olive oil instead of coal tar daub, as the control group. All rabbits were randomly divided into fifteenth groups according to body weight.
2. Continuous administration of 14d, 24h after the last administration, get blood from the heart to blood rheology was measured, and then the rabbit ear skin biopsy smear of coal tar, formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections, HE staining, observe the histopathologic change.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±ｓ), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
