Modeling Method

The animal model of CRVO in rabbits was set up by Injection of sodium hyaluronate (1ml/kg) into the ear vein, Immediately after irradiated the central retinal vein at the edge of the optic disc by using Nd:YAG laser (wavelength 532nm, power 750mW, spot diameter 100um, exposure time 0.1s). Irradiation should be from the distal to the proximal end (to avoid too much pressure to make blood vessels rupture) , Irradiation distance of about 1PD, to observe the obvious thinning of the blood vessels and to stop the irradiation of the distal vein.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
