Modeling Method

Firstly,shear the rabbit right foot according to the dose of 1 ml/kg body weight after the rabbit ear vein injection of 3% sodium pentobarbital anesthesia, the fourth metatarsal tuberosity draw a frozen line, and then disinfected with 75% ethanol, on the palm side by frozen line midpoint of thermocouple insertion equipment above the needles, along the subcutaneous inserted into the second plantar toe joint border, to record the frozen zone temperature, then put the rabbit foot soak frozen in 25 degrees, 95% ethanol.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±ｓ), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
