Modeling Method
Remove the rabbit two hind legs medial thigh,the area is around 6 cm X 8 cm, then instal copper electrode plates on both sides of the area (3 cm X 3 cm) and fix it, the entry is on the right and left is for export,electric strike under the anesthesia implement ,the shock time is 5 seconds, rated voltage 10 kV, the through current for the (2 + / - 0.15)A, skin resistance of 2500 ohms, quickly remove after shocking plate electrode.

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
