Modeling Method

Young rats weight 55 ~ 60 g, single cage. Adding 5% of standard rat feed phthalate (tcrephthalicacid, TPA), feed with the experiment in rats, continuous 14d, free drinking water. In 14d, with pentobarbital sodium anesthesia remove bladder after surgery, fixed in 10% methanol solution, for normal tissue section, HE stain and VonKossa's calcium staining display method, observed under optical microscope.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
