Modeling Method

1. After 15 days of pregnancy, the rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection and cut along the midline of the abdomen, and then injected 5ul (30ng/ml) LPS solution into each gestational sac.
2. All the embryos were placed into the abdominal cavity, and then washed with warm saline to suture the abdominal cavity, waiting for newborn rats to be born.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
