Modeling Method

The D - galactose 50% mixture with physiological saline injection, inactive after regular sterilization;Microscopic examination of the compound eye drops for tropic amide enlarge pupil before use.In 3 weeks weight about 250 g rats, after compound eye drops mydriatic tropic amide, slit lamp examination transparent lens.Building is using conventional disinfection in rats, and then on the back of the neck by subcutaneous according to 30 ml/kg body weight daily doses of 50% galactose, 1 times a day, 30 d.,14,21,30 7 days after the first injection with compound eye drops mydriatic tropic amide respectively with slit lamp after observing the dynamic changes of the lens.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±ｓ), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
