Modeling Method

1. The 10 day of pregnancy in female rats were treated with tragastric administration of All-trans retinoic acid A 135mg/kg;
2. On the 21 day of pregnancy, the embryos were removed by aseptic laparotomy, and then washed with sterile water.Selected the rats with club foot.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±ｓ), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
