Modeling Method

The rats of both sexes, taking rat heart blood, put in the thrombosis placed at room temperature during 48h, using a syringe take out the blood clot then inject in the saline, repeated 3 times to form a small emboli suspension. 0.2ml (100 ~ 250um suction embolus) from common carotid artery (CCA), injection in the ICA,it can forme in the brain of multiple cerebral infarction.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
