Modeling Method

"7-day-old SD rats, males and females, weight 12g. Inhalation of ether anesthesia, supine position, neck skin disinfection, neck incision, the left common carotid artery and 7-0 sterile silk line Ligation, and in the neck wound drip 2 ~ 3 drops of gentamicin, suture the wound and disinfect the skin after 30 min ~ 2 h rest, the rats are placed in plexiglass hypoxia chamber (30cmX40cmX50cm plexiglass cabin, two Side of the 1cmX 1cm hole connected with the outside world, one side of the nitrogen and oxygen mixture, the other side with the oxygen meter connected to the bottom with sodium lime to absorb CO2 and moisture), the import of nitrogen and oxygen mixed gas (oxygen: 8%, nitrogen: 92%).
