Modeling Method

Use wistar rat with body weight of 170-200g. Intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin with each dose of 2.5 mg/kg body weight. 3times per week, interval 2 weeks, then administration of 1 week, total 6 injections. The total dose is 15mg/kg. Observe 4 weeks after the completion of the injection. Use Cardiac function monitoring to monitor the cardiac function of normal rats and 4 weeks rats.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
