Modeling Method

Use 2weeks wistar rats, Feed furazolidone according to the dose of 2mg/g body weight. Adjust the dose once a week by body weight, total 10 weeks. Another normal control group is the simple breastfeeding and normal feed. Observations include: ①Electrocardiogram detection, record I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVFsix lead ECG. ②Echocardiography, Using ultrasonic system with probe frequency of 7.5MHZ. ③Blood test. ④Pathological examination.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±ｓ), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
