Modeling Method

Peritoneal fibrosis is a common complication in patients with long-term peritoneal dialysis, which can lead to the main cause of peritoneal dialysis.
The rats were given intraperitoneal perfusion of 100ml/kg body weight per day for 14 days and were sacrificed on the 28 day. The peritoneal function was measured, and the related indexes were detected in the peritoneum and the visceral peritoneum.

Statistical analysis

SPSS software is used for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean ± standard deviation (x ±s), using t test and single factor analysis of variance for group comparison , P<0.05 indicates there was a significant difference, P<0.01 indicates there are very significant differences.
