Modeling Method
"Escherichia coli standard endotoxin lipopolysaccharide (LPS) diluted with physiological saline to 5 mg/ml, filter and sterilization. With a weight of 250~300g male Wistar rats, according to the dose of 30mg/kg body weight Injection of pentobarbital sodium anesthesia, after anesthesia, the supine fixation of animals, conventional disinfection of bilateral maxillary molars A, B region of the first molar (Ml) and the second molar (M2), with 1/4 ball in the occlusal surface (Experimental group), the role of 30 min, and then sterile cotton balls to dry the tooth surface, glass ion cement temporary closure. Die The animals were sacrificed on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 5th and 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th week respectively, and the bilateral M1 and M2, together with the partial jaw, were fixed and decalcified by the fixative fluid Sliced, observed under the microscope."
