Modeling Method

Male rats weight about 200 g, the abdominal cavity according to the dose of 5 mg/kg body weight 0.5% lead acetate injection, five times a week, a total of continuous injection of 12 weeks. 12 weeks after anesthesia animal models with bleeding to death, die before and during the process of model making, respectively quantitative determination of urine protein, urine lead excretion, renal renal function indexes, such as lead and glomerular filtration rate and put to death animals, in the scheduled time anesthesia in kidney tissue specimens, placed in fixed liquid, normal tissue section, HE stain, were observed under light. Electron microscopy (sem) specimens made of kidney tissues at the same time, were observed under tem.
