Modeling Method
1. SD rats inhalation anesthesia with ether, supine position, after the iodophor disinfection, under the microscope in the neck to the right side of the trachea 0.5~1.0 cm longitudinal incision. The right common carotid artery was ligated with 7/0 suture line, and the artery was cut between the two ends of the ligation to prevent the ligation line from falling out, then suturing the incision, the epidermis was washed with normal saline.
2. After the operation, the newborn rats were placed in the hypoxic chamber 2 hours (n = 92% and the mixture of 8% oxygen). After the completion of the operation, return to the maternal side feeding.
